This cardboard monolith is the result of elementary geometric operations. It is an autonomous form, a mathematical object that seems to resist categorization.
Turned over, repeated, enlarged or reduced, it multiplies and opens up new possibilities. On the floor or on the wall, composition, proportions and materials become tools for directing the gaze.
Stripped of familiar points of reference, the white backdrop transforms the space into a place that resists definition. These three forms create an open-ended ensemble, shaped by echoes, contrasts and variations.”
